On the afternoon of May 11, at the new urban area 2A So Dau, So Dau ward, the People's Committee of Hong Bang district coordinated with the Japanese Routeinn Group to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a 5-star hotel - a project to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Hai Phong - Heroic City.
Attending the event were Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee; Mr. Ishikawa Isamu - Deputy Ambassador of Japan to Vietnam; leaders of Routeinn Corporation Japan. Also attending was Chairman of Hong Bang District People's Committee Pham Van Doan.
The project is invested by Routeinn Group Japan with a construction scale of over 8,100m², including 30 floors above groun, 1 basement, the height of the building is over 118m. The hotel has 343 rooms with a total floor area of over 37,000m², modern design, meeting international 5-star standards.
The architectural highlight is the hanging curtain system reminiscent of the Japanese “Sudare” style and the details in the red color of the Royal Poinciana flower – the symbolic flower of Hai Phong city. The total investment capital of the project is about 907 billion VND.

When put into operation, the hotel will provide high-class accommodation and resort services, contributing to improving the quality of tourism infrastructure, gradually turning tourism into a key economic sector of the city...
