On the morning of September 29, Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue, Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly; Mr. Tran Luu Quang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of Hai Phong’s Delegation of the National Assembly Deputies; Mr. Do Manh Hien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and leaders of Hai Phong’s Delegation of the National Assembly Deputies met with voters of Thuy Nguyen District to prepare contents for the 4th session of the 15th National Assembly.
At the meeting, voters of Thuy Nguyen District were informed about some contents expected to present at the session scheduled to take place from October 20, 2022 to November 18, 2022: considering and approving 07 Law projects, 03 draft Resolutions and decisions on socio-economic issues, state budget, supervision and other important issues.
To prepare for the session, Hai Phong’s Delegation of the National Assembly Deputies had collected viewpoints of departments and sectors on approved Law projects having been considered for the first time at the 4th session of the 15th National Assembly; organized 5 meetings with voters of districts in the city ...
Voters of Thuy Nguyen District expressed their excitement and confidence in the national development recently. Voters kindly asked the National Assembly: (1) Having a drug pricing mechanism to ensure adequate supply of drugs for medical examination and treatment; developing a mechanism to ensure the living standards of health officials and employees, shaping support policy for poor people; completing institutions and laws on social security for women and children; studying a special mechanism to attract good students of pedagogy to ensure sufficient source of teacher for schools; (2) Developing a reviewing software integrating different laws’ provisions to reduce administrative procedures and word meaning problems for practical and transparent law system; (3) Paying attention to the salary regimes, policies and personnel with proper adjustments (4) Proposing mechanisms and policies to speed up the process of developing Thuy Nguyen District to Thuy Nguyen City before 2025 and submitting to the Government the adjustment of the city construction master plan to 2040, with a vision to 2050.
