On the morning of October 10th, An Duong District Party Committee held a preliminary conference to review its first 9 month task in 2021, disseminate duties and solutions for the last 3 months of the year. Mr. Le Anh Quan, Member of the City Party Committee’s Standing Board, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee attended and directed the conference.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Anh Quan acknowledged and appreciated An Duong district’s achievements in the first 9 months of 2021, especially its successful implementation of the "dual goals": socio-economic development and epidemic prevention and control. He noted that in the 4th quarter of 2021, it was necessary for An Duong district to focus on (1) site clearance and speeding up the construction of new-style rural area projects in 3 communes: An Hoa, Dang Cuong and Quoc Tuan; (2) the auctions of land use rights to generate the revenue source for the state budget; (3) solutions for environmental problems and waste collection; (4) disbursement of public investment capital and and projects implementation. In terms of the Party building, the district needs to pay attention to its Party’s members development, strengthen the Party organization after the congress; well implement the inspection and supervision....

In the first 9 months of 2021, An Duong District Party Committee focused on directing its sub-units to successfully implement the city’s annual theme "Strengthening the discipline of state budget revenue and expenditure – reforming the administration - promoting investment in infrastructure construction”. As a result, the district’s socio-economic situation has basically been stable and developed, in which, budget revenue reached 442,119 billion VND equal to 98% of the assigned estimate and increased 51% compared to that of the same period in 2020. The district has put into use many traffic works, schools, and new countryside infrastructure. Many important projects have been under construction. The district has effectively implemented the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic. Practical social welfares policies were implemented timely. The Party and political system building continuously witnessed effective direction and good results.

Based on the discussion and assessment of the achieved results and existing limitations, in the 4th quarter, An Duong District Party Committee would need to focus on directing its relevant units to effectively implement the 12 key tasks and solutions, including (1) socio-economic development, (2) promotion of the agricultural production’s development, (3) mobilization of resources for the implementation of the national program on building new-style rural area, espeacially in the 3 communes: Quoc Tuan, An Hoa, Dang Cuong, (4) intensification of state budget revenue, (5) removingdifficulties for businesses, and facilitate a number of projects’s investment and operation…/.
