On the afternoon of September 21, Hong Bang District People’s District organized the Preliminary Conference on reviewing the first 9 months’ tasks in socioeconomy, security and national defense; key tasks in the three remaining months of 2022, which was chaired by Chairman of Hong Bang District People’s Committee Nguyen Minh Tuan.
According to the District’s report, during the first 09 months of 2022, the District’s targets on socioeconomic development,security and national defense witnessed continuous positive achievements: 10 out of 13 targets basically completed, many of which were ahead of the schedule.
The District’s industrial production in September of 2022 reached 16.1 billion dong, contributing to the 9 month accumulation of 121.5 billion dong, equivalent to 78.39% of the year plan, increasing by 7.52% in comparison with the same period of last year. The District’s State revenue in September 2022 was estimated to reach 64.29 billion dong.
Public investment disbursement and land clearance works of key projects had been under drastic direction with positive changes, in which the local authority had completed the land clearance in the Commerce and Amusement Complex Project.
Cultural and social activities had received proper attention; policies on social welfare support had been on time. Education and training work ranked second out of 14 districts with outstanding results. The District had managed to maintain stable political and social situation, national defense, security, social order and safety.
Regarding the key tasks in the three remaining months of 2022, the District People’s Committee pointed out 7 priorities: Boosting up effective implementation of the year theme “Strengthen discipline in budget revenue and expenditure – Implement Digital Transformation – Making breakthroughs in urban development”; well managing revenue sources, ensuring State budget revenue plan and practise discipline in revenue management and administration; Speeding up public invested projects’ progess, ensuring 100% disbursement in the fiscal year of 2022; Upholding construction progress of Night economy Scheme and Walking Street in Hong Bang District’s area; Enhancing State management in issuing construction license, monitoring and seriously punish unlicensed construction cases in the district; Focusing on handling difficulties in projects’ land clearance ./.
